I am currently reading a book produced by the "Reasons To Believe" ministry, authored by High Ross and his colleagues. It is Titled "Lights In The Sky and Little Green Men".
They make the case for demonic origins quite convincingly in this reasonably thorough examination of the issue. They cover other popular theories and with each they examine data and logic to rate each hypothesis.
I have long held that the spiritual realm, include demonic phenomena, does interact with our physical world. While there are extremist views out there that are unhelpful, I find that the views expressed in this book give a balanced but useful knowledge and interpretations of the data.
